Some people enjoy exposed metalwork, but for others there are the new Wunderlich frame covers for the BMW R 1250 GS. And it also means your subframe is more protected from water and dirt, so less risk of corrosion if you’re not cleaning your bike every day.
The lightweight Wunderlich Frame Covers are made from 3mm thick themoplastic, shaped to fit the frame. So they won’t look like an aftermarket add-on, but will stop mud, stones and other stuff getting flung towards your rear suspension and up under the seat.
Quick and easy to fit, with no need for drilling anything, each kit comes with everything required, including fastening materials. And you can easily remove each panel when you need to get access for maintenance.
The fram covers are designed to fit the current BMW R 1250 GS and Adventure, and also the previous R 1200 GS and Adventure models. You’ll pay £119 for a pair, and you can buy them from Nippy Normans.
