You attach the new Wunderlich Engine Bars for the BMW R 1250 GS and Adventure via mountings which go onto existing points on the frame. So you don’t have to spend time and money messing around to modify your bike.

And the design of the engine bars has been tailored to follow the contours of the engine. So they won’t change your ground clearance or cornering ability. And you can still get into the oily bits to maintain and service the engine.

If you fall, a central mount acts as a pivot point, and each side has integrated valve cover protection. The mountings also give a uniform force distribution.
