Motorcycling has always been cool, even if it’s not always been fashionable. Especially if you remember the day-glo leathers of the 1990s. But this new limited edition Scrambler Ducati and RefrigiWear clothing line looks fairly stylish.
I might not know exactly what a ‘dual brand capsule collection’ means. But RefrigiWear has been around since 1954, and is mixed between the U.S version which focuses on workwear, and the Italian side producing luxury fashion. And I do know that the Scrambler range has been pretty popular for Ducati.
So the Scrambler Ducati and RefrigiWear clothing includes a bomber jacket, a windproof jacket with a hood, a sweatshirt and two backpacks, with some more items coming later in 2022.
There’s not much more in the way of details, but the collection will go on sale in the Spring from both the Ducati and RefrigiWear stores, plus the Ducati online shop.
It all looks pretty decent, although you probably wouldn’t want to replace a proper motorcycling jacket with the bomber for riding or commuting. But it should be a longlasting way to show your love of the Ducati Scrambler when you’re not on your bike, and the sweatshirt would work under a leather jacket.
The backpacks are probably most practical for motorcyclists, although we’ll have to see the actual cost and specs to know for sure.
