Replacement clutch cables might not seem particularly exciting. It’s also useful if you find the current clutch is heavy or jerky, which can be a literal pain when you’re riding. The Venhill Featherlight Victory Clutch Cables are designed for better performance and durability with marine-grade stainless stell inner wires and a PTFE ‘Teflon’ liner to reduce friction, and remove the need for regular lubrication. Plus the inner cable is also ‘bird-caged’ to add strength and lower the chances of it breaking. And there’s a hardened PA6 nylon jacket on the outside to keep water and corrosion at bay.
So you can get a better riding experience, as well as fixing a breakage. Which is a nice bonus.
Two versions of the cables are available, with one offering a double-stepped handlebar ferrule with a loose barrel nipple, and the second featuring a single-steppered ferrule and ball nipple.
