The last 18 months have been a challenging time for most of us, for obvious reasons. Events have been cancelled or postponed, and there’s been a knock on effect if you need rare spare parts to maintain a classic motorcycle. So it’s good news that the 2021 Ardingly Summer Classic Show & Bikejumble goes head on Sunday, July 25th, at the South of England Showground between London and Brighton.
Five halls will include club stands, individual entries for pre-1980 machines, trade stands, and the motorcycle autojumble, and there will be more stalls located outside for whatever new and used parts, accessories, clothing, tools or other motorcycling bits you might want to invest in. Plus there are also complete, running motorcycles for sale if you fancy riding a classic bike without the need to put it all back together.

The South of England Showground has been given Visit England’s ‘Good to Go’ status for following government and industry Covid-19 guidlines. It’s located in Ardingly in West Sussex on a 150-acre estate located 36 miles from London and 20 miles from Brighton, and eight miles from juntion 10 of the M23, so should be easy to get to.
You’ll be able to buy tickets for the 2021 Ardingly Summer Classic Show & Bikejumble on the gate by card or cash, but it’s recommended to purchase in advance if you want to guarantee entry, as the number of people allowed on the site is currently limited, and restrictions may still be in place for the show. The event opens to the public from 10am on Sunday, July 25th, 2021.
Tickets are £7 for adults, and accompanied under-16s get in for free. If you’re determined to bag yourself some motorcycle bargains, you can also buy an Earlybird Admission, which lets you in from 7.30am, and costs £10. If you’re looking to book tickets, or a trade stall, visit the organisers website for details. And you can find out more about all kinds of motorcycle shows, events and more, here.
Thanks for the mention! We’re back at Ardingly on Sunday 31 October 2021. Meanwhile, the Romney Marsh Classic Motorcycle Bikejumble is on Sunday 12 September 2021 at Hamstreet, near Ashford, KENT TN26 2JD
