With prices from £79.99 it doesn’t cost much to keep up with off-road fashion as the LS2 MX437 Fast Evo motocross helmet gets updated for 2020 and 2021.
It’s ECE 22.05 certified, so it’s legal to wear on UK roads, and it’s made from LS2’s Kinetic Polymer Alloy which provides strength and flexibility while weighing 1150 grams.
The LS2 MX437 Fast Evo motorcross helmet is available in sizes 2XS-3XL, with three shells across the range of fittings to mean you get the smallest, lightest solution for whatever head you have. That’s good news if you have a smaller head as it avoids the need to fill out a larger shell with excess padding which soon compacts and means your helmet becomes too loose.
Extra features for the MX437 include the LS2 metal security plate on the chin strap for extra strength, and an Emergency Release System for removing cheekpads and your helmet safely in the event of an accident.
Riding off-road can be sweaty, so there are multiple top and chin vents channeling air through the helmet to exhaust ports at the back, and a breathable, hypoallergenic and moisture-wicking lining, which is also removable and washable.
Finally there’s the adjustable peak, and the wide opening to accomodate most makes and styles of goggles.
