Which should give you plenty of options for tweaking and changing the style and crash protection on your 1301cc LC8 V-twin. Especially when naked bikes can be particularly prone to annoying and expensive damage even in a relatively low speed fall.
The tail tidy has an aluminium main body, which allows you to retain the original KTM indicators, and features “plug and play” electrical connections. Everything is black powder coated, and you also get a replacement rear reflector and additional support bracks for international registration and ID plates.
Also in black powder-coated aluminium is the radiator guard, which is designed to maximise airflow whilst also stopping damage from road debris.
Clutch and brake lever protectors help to avoid damage in a fall, or accidentally tangling with other riders if you’re racing or on a track day. They both come in billet aluminium and stainless steel with a bar end weight for the appropriate side.
Meanwhile the spindle bobbins will help to protect the lower section of the front forks, and the single-sided rear wheel hub of the KTM 1290 Super Duke R with high-density nylon, and a detailed orange anodised aluminium hub cover for the dished side of the rear wheel.
Then there’s the front brake caliper guards to protect your Brembo Monoblocs, and the heavier stainless steel bar end weights to help to reduce handlebar vibrations.
