Whether it’s Christmas or a birthday, being a motorcycle means you tend to get similar gifts every year. But for owners and fans of a German motorcycle manufacturer, there are some quite cool new BMW Christmas presents and gifts for 2019.
The good news is that they’re both officially-licensed, and not eye-wateringly expensive, which can be the case with some motorcycle merchandise. So whether you’re looking for a main present or a stocking filler, there’s potentially something suitable to pick up.
So what’s on offer?

So in the picture above is the BMW Thermometer – handy if you can’t decide whether it’s warm enough to go for a ride. The vintage design features a metal frame and curved glass front, and there are pre-drilled holes for you to screw it to the wall of your house or garage. And for the price of £11.00, you get both Centigrade and Fahrenheit temperatures.

A decent stocking filler for the Beemer fan who enjoys a good brew, this ceramic cup has a print inside and out, it’s dishwasher safe and holds 330ml of your favourite beverage. And for £9, it’ll make a cost-effective present.

It’s another mug, but this time in enamel. Which means it’s easy to clean and practically unbreakable. The enamelled steel plate will also give those vintage post-war era vibes suitable for owners of older, classic BMWs. It’s also got a 330ml capacity, and costs you £11.

Is any garage really complete without a parking sign? It means you have to stick to one motorcycle manufacturer, but that’s a small price to pay. And this extra thick steel sheet metal sign is curved, embossed, crimped over the edgings, has rounded corners and a protective laquer. So the 30cm x 20cm metal sign should last a fair while for £18.

Luckily if you do dally between multiple bike brands, you could go for the BMW Service sign instead. Although the 25cm x 50cm embossed sheet metal sign will cost you £1 more at £19, it means you don’t have to sell anything that isn’t a BMW, or park them round the corner.

The BMW Speedo clock is rather nice, and might be something you can put inside the house without making it look too much like your local dealership. It features a metal frame and a curved glass front with a batter-powered quartz movement for accuracy. The clock measures 31cm in diameter, and is 5cm deep. To get it on your wall will cost you £34.

But if the Speedo Clock is a bit too subtle for your love of BMWs, then there’s the Wall Clock, which again has the aura of a Bavarian bike dealer about it. It’s essentially idential to the Speedo version, including the £34 price.
So there you go – plenty of BMW Christmas presents and gifts to satisfy the friends and family who love the German manufacturer. They’re all available from Nippy Normans (the easiest way to find them is using the site search and looking for ”clock’, ‘sign’ etc). If you’re buying something for us, the Speedo Clock and Enamel Mug are probably the pick of the bunch – and would definitely suit the Rescogs home office.
