The Vespa Modernist helmet is the latest from the Italian scooter brand. And with a fairly funky design, it’ll help you stand out when you’re riding. As you’d probably expect, it’s a demi-jet design that will fit in the under-seat storage compartment found on most scooters, including Vespas.
The Vespa Modernist helmet is approved for ECE-2205, so it’s road-legal across Europe. And the single paint scheme is a mixture of matt and shiny navy blue with the contrasting decals on each side. And you do get an ‘eco-leather’ trim around the rim of the Modernist to add some classic style.
The flip-up visor is held by the aluminium hinges to offer wind and rain protection when you need it, and like most scooter helmets, the Vespa Modernist has a seatbelt-style strap. And there’s a quick-release buckle when you want to get the helmet off quickly.
Inside the Vespa Modernist is a breathable, 3-D fabric lining. It’s removable and washable, so you can keep it clean and fresh. The Vespa Modernist helmet is available in sizes XS-XL, and costs £149.00.
