New Zealand-based Ventura cover more than 2,500 different motorcycles with their system based around model-specific L-Brackets. They attach to existing mounting points on the rear sub-frame to give you options for either carrying luggage or pillions.
So if you’re taking your retro roadster on holiday, or need to carry more when commuting, you slot the Ventura pack rack into the brackets. And your choice of compatible luggage will then slide onto the rack to clip securely in place.
For instance, you can add the 51-litre Ventura Aero Spada pack.
And if you don’t need to carry the tail pack, then you don’t necessarily have to fuss around removing the brackets. You can always just remove the pack rack. Or alternatively, you can quickly and easily slot in a pillion grab handle instead, which some passengers might prefer to the grab strap which is standard on the Z900RS.
