Vintage Look New SW-Motech Legend Gear Messenger Bag

Vintage Look New SW-Motech Legend Gear Messenger Bag

March 21, 2017 By DanThornton Leave a Comment

The new SW-Motech Legend Gear Messenger Bag looks pretty good. And it’s a decent solution for short trips, commuting, or longer journeys strapped to your pillion seat. Plus you can add additional accessory bags for more storage if you need it.

For an authentic vintage look, the SW-Motech Legend Gear Messenger Bag is made from a mixture of waxed canvas and Napalon synthetic leather. That means it’s also tough enough to last. And it also has webbing straps and anodised aluminium buckles to complete the retro look.

When you’re riding, the messenger bag can be worn on either side. And the shoulder strap can be adjusted for length with one hand, making it easier to get a good fit. There’s also a removable waist strap to keep it in place, and padding on the shoulder strap and back section.

To carry it when you’re not on your bike, there’s a briefcase handle so you can look all professional. Or keep using the straps to confuse muggers as well as carrying your stuff comfortably.

The SW-Motech Legend Gear Messenger Bag has a 12 litre capacity, and the main section has a splash-proof lining and water-resistant internal roll-top closure. Plus there’s a padded laptop holder if you’re using something with a 15-inch or small screen size. And extra zipped pockets under the flap to carry old receipts and sweet wrappers around with you for years.

On a practical note, you can use the messenger bag as a tail pack by removing the shoulder strap and attaching optional mounting straps to four integrated loops, making it a safer way to carry your stuff. And you can add LA1 and LA2 Accessory Bags via the military-style attachment system to increase the storage.

The SW-Motech Legend Gear Messenger Bag looks pretty good. And the bag or tail pack option adds some extra practicality and safety if you’re commuting or worried about your laptop. It costs £158.99, and the optional tail bag strap set is £20.99.
