The Ride For Life Beyond Sight Loss is an annual motorcycle charity ride which will take place on Saturday, 13th August 2016 to benefit military charity Blind Veterans UK.
It will begin at 9am at the Fire Training College at Moreton-in-the-March, Gloucestershire, and then travel via Loomies Cafe in Hampshire to the Blind Veterans UK training and rehabilitation centre in Brighton. Registration is £15 per person and includes a commemorative ride badge.
If you don’t fancy quite such an early start, Blind Veterans UK also offer dinner and overnight accomodation at the Fire Training College, plus breakfast before you head off. In 2015, more than 100 motorcyclists were able to raise over £2,500 for the charity, which was founded in 1915 and has supported 35,000 blind veterans and their families.
