Add a new motorcycling event to your calendar, as the Shelsley Walsh Bike Festival takes place at the hillclimb circuit on September 13th, 2015.

So in addition to historic, modern and race bikes on display, you’ll get a chance to see lots of cool machines in action up the 1000 yard (914 metre) course. Some tickets are still available for you to run your own bike, or you can take passenger rides in a sidecar or three-wheeler.

And there’s a Paddock Specials area, manufacturer and club stands, an auto jumble, live music and more. Plus all the event proceeds support the The Nationwide Association of Blood Bikes and Severn Freewheelers.

Already booked to appear are the 5.0 litre V-twin Flying Millyard, the Streetfighter jet turbine bike, an experimental 1963 Norton Manx 348cc Reverse Head, the 192 BSA Rocket Gold STar 650cc which is 1 of 1370 ever built, a prototype 1927 Velocette KSS 350cc, and a Moto Guzzi Airone Corsa.

The venue is Shelsle Walsh Hill Climb, Shelsley Walsh, Worcestershire, WR6, 6RP. Tickets are £10 in advance and £15 on the day, with children under 16 free. Entries to Run the Hill are £35. Gates open at 8.30am on the day with free parking and a free helmet park.
