The 15th BMW Motorrad Days celebration will take place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on July 3-5th, 2015, with free entry for visitors to celebrate the historic and modern motorcycles from the German manufacturer.

Attractions include the modern BMW range with test rides available (you’re advised to book in advance), with everything from the C Evolution electric scooter, the BMW S1000XR or the S1000RR. And you can also go off-roading on the BMW R1200GS.

And you can follow guides around the winding roads and scenic landscape on short or half-day trips.
BMW machines are popular choices for custom builders, including cafe racers. And there will be a lot of examples on display in the custom village, including the latest creations from Japan based on a BMW R nineT.
The Classic Boxer Sprint will see four-valve and twin-valve examples compete over an eighth of a mile. Watch the world’s oldest traveling Wall of Death, Donald Ganslmeier’s Motodrom, plus the motorcycle parade on the Saturday and the classic historic parade on the Sunday. Then there’s the beer tent, live music, Bavarian cuisine and more.
While there is free entry, space for a tent for the weekend is €7.50, and you can also hire tents from BMW for €25.
