Knackered or worn out header pipes can be replaced on your modern Triumph Bonneville T100, replacing the lambda sensor boss on EFI bikes and catalytic converters on later bikes with replacements from Norman Hyde.
The Norman Hyde Polished Header Pipes are 304 grade stainless steel with an outer diameter of 42mm and fit all T100s, including the 38mm header pre-injection models. The ECU can be programmed to switch off the lambda sensors and run fine, while also removing the protrusions and they’ll fit the original Triumph silencers, plus the Norman Hyde HBS105 Classic and HBS165 Peashooters. They cost £249.
