Aprilia has revealed the new SR Motard 125 and 50 scooters, which are apparently supermoto-inspired. That doesn’t mean you’ll be able to launch it on your local dirt track, but it does mean you get 14″ wheels with five double spokes for decent handling. The minimalist styling also includes a two-tone colour-coded seat, 220mm front brake disc, and a compartment to store a flip-front lid.
The SR Motard 125 is powered by a 124cc four-stroke motor compared to the 49cc two-stroke in the smaller model. But both have the same features and are made it Italy with a two year parts and labour warranty. You get a choice of colours, with white, black or metallic orange available. The larger-engined Aprilia SR Motard 125 costs £2120 new and OTR (On the road), with the Aprilia SR Motard 50 coming in at £1,770 OTR.
But there are also some finance deals to be had at launch with the Aprilia SR Motard 125 available for a £99 deposit and monthly payments of £60.38 at 4.9% APR.
