Radikal Chopper Custom Ducati Scrambler

This Ducati Scrambler was given to Andrea Radaelli from Radikal Chopper to customise as a prize for winning the EICMA International Custom Bike Show 2014. Radaelli won the event with a custom Harley-Davidson FL, and spent just 15 days creating his own version of the Ducati.

With only three working weeks invested, there were no changes to the electrics, brakes etc. Instead he focused on some changes to the fork legs, shortening the rear end, and other handcrafted parts for both handling and aesthetics. About the only bits that weren’t handmade specifically for the project were the Jonich wheels. The swing arm and engine also received a decent amount of polishing.

Obviously there’s been a new paint scheme in yellow and black by Francesco Cisko Aloisi.

In addition to the forks, there’s a new headlight which looks interesting…

There’s no number plate, indicators or mirrors and the moment. And if you wanted to buy something similar from Andrea, it’d apparently cost you about 7,000 euros. The good news is that the bike will be at various shows and displays around Europe over the next few months so you can check it out in the flesh.
