Need to replace a broken screen for your Ducati Panigale, or fancy something which will give you a bit more weather protection? Some new Ducati Panigale screens from Skidmarx could be the answer.
Three options are available. If you’re prepping your Ducati 959 Panigale for the track, then you’ll want the Race Version, which is made in the UK from 2mm cast acrylic to be lighter and clearer than the road versions. It costs £49.95.
Meanwhile road bikes get the choice of a Standard or Sport Touring option, both of which will fit the Ducati 959 Panigale, and also the Ducati 1299 Panigale.
The Ducati Panigale screens from Skidmarx for road use are made in the UK from 3mm cast acrylic, and will fit as a direct replacement, using the original screws and mounting points.
The standard version costs £49.95, and is available in a choice of clear, light grey tint or dark grey/black tint.
If you want more protection from the wind and the rain, then there’s the Sport Touring version. You get the same options for clear or tinted finishes, and the screen is 50mm deeper, and 70mm longer. That might not sound like a huge difference, but given the wind flow over a screen, it’ll give a significant effect on your riding comfort.
While the Skidmarx Standard and Race screens cost £49.95, the Sports Touring version is a little more at £64.95. But if you find your Ducati 959 or 1299 Panigale leaves you wet, tired and aching due to the wind and weather, or you need a replacement screen for road or track use, then they’re worth considering.
